If you contact us by phone (800-813-5977) or email (support@helpcloud.com) and request immediate reactivation of your account you may do so without setup and activation fees if your request is received within 90 days of your cancellation date.

Upon cancellation your Webroot SecureAnywhere antivirus and firewall, IDrive data backup, and (if applicable) EZShield identity theft protection and restoration services will be cancelled and deactivated. You are solely responsible for finding a replacement antivirus, data backup, and identity theft protection plan. We encourage you to find a new antivirus replacement immediately.
